  i'm not sure what 4D and TOTO are but if they're like the lottery here (USA) there is no best way to win....the numbers are random....you have to be lucky

  the way to beat randomness is to be random
  
  i once downloaded a program from internet to generate a set of 6 numbers from 45 numbers...
  
  and i generated 20 sets...placed bet on the 20 of them...one of them got 4 numbers correct...i was able to cover back the money and made a small winning

  Luck is important. But with the correct methods you can increase your chances of hitting the jackpot.
  
  I have an ex-colleague who is also interested in TOTO and during one causal conversation over lunch we realized we used the same method to buy TOTO. But I am not as lucky as her because she wins enough to retire and I am still stuck here.

  the fact that there are numbers that used to be lucky but aren't anymore should tell you something..it's the luck of the draw.
  
  do you believe in fate? if it's meant to be it will happen....what abt karma? good things happen to good ppl. start treating ppl better and maybe you'll be rewarded with your numbers coming up.
