I repeat, deluxe edition already exists at time of pre-order.
The crux is, why HMV didn't include the calendar version as one of the options during pre-order?

Just because it exists elsewhere doesn't mean it's going to be imported straight away by the local distributor (not HMV). They could've finalised things only in those two weeks.
You need to stop being sore about being ignorant the first time. Take it as a lesson and move on. Next time subscribe to a fan newsletter or something... just do your homework.

You do not have the monopoly on freedom of speech. Everyone is entitled to support or shoot down your views too - including those that have been copied and pasted.

Your extra CD, give to your friend or donate to charity lor.

Freedom of speech and expression works both ways. If it applies to you, then it applies to everyone else as well.

Im a die hard fan of certain metal bands & I will buy that particular album even if they are many re-issues...

If you are really a fan of Jay, you would get all the version... so if you are not and just want something that gives better items, you should had waited till all the version had came out...
For me, I think I got all the disc that sammi had released... Well maybe not all, just those I came across... That is not what I can do with duplicate albums... but to collect. Many are not opened. Just to collect and support the artist you like.
But for HMV site, they don't get all the information at once from the record company about the version that the coy is going to release for one album... So, you cannot blame them.
