The more balls you own doesn't mean the better your bowling It only breeds inconsistency if you don't know your equipments well(no time too 
)
You need lots of time to gel with your ball, understand it's flight path and enhance your game.

a strike ball for: dry, oily, mid lanes.
esp so if u play hook.
so ding.. no excuse for u for having only ONE ancient ball. even u need another ball or else u will complain no proper strikes on oily lanes. -
yup, yup... I am trying to get a new ball.
But to me, dry/mid/oily condition don't make too much a difference.
As long as I can get the ball to the pockets(either), it'll do
I'll be more consistent if I stick to one ball and that'll compensate -
get cheap cheap. The white dot.....can withstand a blast from anywhere
Well, even if one should get a ball from dry/oily/mid lanes, me with a Proactive ball cant get the ball to hook ALOT. so its effective only in mid oily lanes.
can't complain much...change target and release lor. -

Particle balls don't always hook in oil. Some particle balls are designed with a lower particle load for medium conditions. So don't get so down. -
Well said Ding, after so many stints with all my various balls, I had choosen the Elite One---- My Columbia Surge! Hahaha! Funny you should say my arsenal boosts more newer and more powerful balls but this is ball i can control well

Got it off a pro shop for $165 without drilling! Cheap or expensive? Any coments on the ball? Pls input so info! Kekeke! Power RED ball for me! Yeah!

The impact of a straight ball to the pocket, or hook, (dun know about spin) depends on several factors, one of them being the oil condition. The ball will have less impact on a wet lane then a dry lane, cos the ball dun have adequate "bite" in wet conditions. On a drier backend, when the ball hits the pins, the friction force is greater, hence more impact to the pins. On a wetter backend, when the ball hits the pins, due the relative lesser "bite", less friction is created, so less impact on the pins. Imagine pushing against a wall wearing shoes and wearing rollerblades. You can push more if you are firmly anchored to the ground. With a pair of blades, you tend to slide backwards. Think that's why Mr Ding, your ball didnt strike as much on a wet lane than a drier one. -

Jordan, they have a 15.3lbs Cuda 2000 pearlised. $170 without drilling. Its plum in colour.Its a ball the shop keep recomending to me....dun know why. Maybe can get cheaper if you go get with ding!

then again, it was a good ball, but its coverstock wun last long...
and..guess wat.i have the original cuda in its shine condition. only used it once in my life.
