Chermain, you are exactly right. Furthermore, there are such definition of beauty like symetrical faces are more beautiful. I have also seen a documentary that described the importance of physical appearance. So, although beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder, there is a standard to beauty.Originally posted by chermain:Well, to be realistic, physical appearances count in being drawn to someone. And I cannot say that it is well just purely superficial to be looking for a partner with good looks. Science will just explain it as you want the best mate(in this case good looks equate to a person being healthy) to ensure your genes have a better chance of survival. And it is a good thing that everyone has different perceptions on beauty, otherwise all of us might as well have just been made out of a cookie cutter.

When you see a person.. Look at her... Then INTO her... Right THROUGH her body... Her person... Her heart... Right ACROSS her.... Then TURN AROUND.... Look at her back.... Look at the person you've just got to know....Originally posted by Rheoincarnate:Beauty lies in the eyes of the Beholder.
