My agenda here is simple. I got no hidden agenda. What is your agenda here?
Are your and mine jobs being steal? Wake up and face the fact, no one steal your jobs from you. Is we ourselves do not want to take up the job, we want higher salary, better job benefit, 5 days work week and choose not to apply for those jobs. Someone have to take the job, and it is the people who we term as FT.
Who are the better, cheaper and faster minister can you identify? I debt you also can't really name them. Cause they only talk and talk and no concrete plan to show or proof how they going to do it.

Obviously you do not know the problems. Bet you have not read the thread here on Contact Singapore. If you have no problems in jobs then it is good for you but does not mean others don't have the problems.
There is no cheaper, better and faster ministers from PAP. Ministers are all from PAP. PAP has no concrete plans, oppositions are able to see the problems and bring up good suggestions. Well, no point keeps slamming the oppositions, we are mature to know the truth and see the shit of PAP.
If you are voting PAP then be it.

which politician dun lie? or rather which human?Politic is not about doing the right things for the people, politics is about getting the right votes.
I would prefer more oppositions in the parliament to fight among themselves.
more shops selling, more competitive prices - gud for consumers

Foreigners are not competing on the same platform as Singaporeans, we have parents and housing to maintain. For a PRC remitting back SG$100, the parents there will receive RMB500, it's enough for his parents to survive on that for a month, but $100 won't last you 5 days in Singapore.
Maybe you are suggesting that Singaporeans live like those foreign talents and squeeze 4 persons to a room?
The PAP government realized that wages are "price sticky" downwards, that why they intentionally import more cheap foreigners to drive down the wages of ordinary Singaporeans.
Driving down wages to compete against China and India is akin to banging one's head against the wall.

Maybe he never been to the rallies and heard some good suggestion proposed by the opposition:
- Enable elderly to use their senior concession for full day instead of off-peak.
- Reduce the CPF minimum sum of 150k by 55. Enable citizen to draw their CPF at 60 with strict guidelines.
- For new flats owner and singaporeans only the flat price tag to family median income
I had been to some opposition that provided only abuse on PAP but no substance and they can forget my vote for them.

They aint giving inspirational speeches IMHO, they are telling us we deserve more voices in parliament.

As much as I love Lilly Neo in my ward, I think sometimes PAP do a good job.. BUUUT! voters need to see this as a rare event and think wisely. There's no point blasting characters or speeches.

Sorry, My english no good. What can she do there by visiting Aljunied..? She cannot represent anyone since she is no an elected MP. Go there walk walk see see can, do thing no authorised and no power. Go there "Kong Song" you like?.
Sylvia should considered to drive part time taxi. So every weekend can put on Aljunied and appear there to canvass the Aljunied passengers.
Coming up with development plan for Aljunied or any GRC or SMC used to be URA or HDB or some other unknown authorities role. Singapore will look like a misfix if every town come out with their own plan.
Currently MPs looked like running dept collection company to pay the state cleaning company. Every week see the people for 2 hours etc exc PHs and write some letters. Come "Hello" Hello" occasionally when important days.
Oppositions are mostly for construction of Singapore futures and block if the idea is no right. No running this kind of jobs. You need only an AO to run such roles.

As a non-elected member of the parliment, she have make no great comment, message and arguement only when come to election, her well known speech is the minister salary. Imo, PAP has been much more visible than Sylvia in Aljunied GRC. Then again, it's also thanks to her speeches in parliament.....tks to the Low factor and also Chen Show Mao. So let's give them a chance and see what they do. Don't write them off because Slyvia Lim has asked a lot of tough questions in parliament. So there we have Low, Chen, Pritam Singh, Sylvia Lim...quite formidable actually. Hope they don't let us down.

The decision is final. Let hope Aljunied MP will keep their promise to bring more voice into the parliment and improve the live and facilities of Aljunied GRC. After 5 years we will know if Aljunied progress or remain stagnant as of 8 May 2011.
Look forward to the 5 years report card. Then we can us as a guide if they can really manage a GRC and keep their promises.
