I am 28 now, and am a single.
I can only buy 2nd hand hdb at 35, and who knows how much the price of hdb will rise, then?

if u refer to the market cap rate, its future value is more than doubled the present value....the next gen will find it much harder to afford...
they say they heard you...so watch out for "new loan schemes" rolling out...
