punggol and sengkang got 3 new SMCs. Lots of young people there....and they tend to be anti-govt hehe.
And they didn't modify aljunied GRC....looks like they're very confident because of all the upgrading work that has gone on there.
YCK SMC absorbed into AMK GRC....there was already a big hint when PM endoresed the FB page which bears the name of both areas 2 months ago.
Ok anyway, time to vote the shit out of them. Hard truths for a hard change.

I think they capped to 4 per GRC...so tat means the either Malay or Indian rep is determined by overall representation. Tat was in e past.

Maybe to make it clearer
Say I've 84 seats... Of which 70 are GRC...
They'll ensure there's like 8 & 12 seats reserved to Indian & Malays respectively. They'll like have this quota inside the GRC list since anyone can contest in SMCs.
