some flowers can be dried .... red roses give very good results.
It's better to air-dry flowers in air-con room as compared to normal temperate (such as at home). The colors will stay ...
If u like, can get statices too .... statices are those purple flowers ... which we affectionately call them "forget me not" (but they are NOT) ... statices are usually used as "accompanying" flowers. If you notice, you will see little white florets on them
Statices come in yellow and white too ... -

[color=blue] Well Joylet.. you are correct...air -drying the flowers will be more lasting and the colors will definately stay...best after they are dried, spray some hair spray on them to make them last longer....that is how i preserve the 2 bouquet of flowers my dear dear gave me 7yrs ago......

I am also using those silica "salt" to preserve roses and other flowers .... 1 thing not so good is the petals become very crisp ... and break easily. but colors are very beautiful .... -
[color=brown]Ah joy...no rpoblem...this tip also my mum taught me one.....kekekekeke Hair spray better lor....at least the petals not that crispy......using silica salt will sometimes spoil all the small flowers like the baby breaths.....cause they turn too crispy and then cannot hold on for long
