How do you determine which bag contains the heavier balls?
You can use the weighing machine only once (which means you can obtain only one reading from it before it self destructs).

Bill would like to have safe sex with three women, any of whom may be carrying an STD. Given two condoms, how can he do so, while ensuring that no STD is passed from one woman (or possibly himself) to another (or to himself)?

Put two condom,one over the other, on the penis and have safe sex with the first lady.
Now go to the next room(I assume dif rooms
) and remove the top condom. Now with only one condom on the penis, have safe sex with the second lady.
Now take the earlier condom and invert it. Slip it onto the condom already on your penis. Now proceed to the next room for the next lady.
Asumption : The penis can get continuous, non-stop erection, for three intercourse. If not, you need to take viagra before you put condom on

i think wrong leh, cos it say cannot pass to him or to her right, so when u go to the 3rd one u turn inside out then u still will pass what u have to her what, so cannot not workable.

No Ice, u r mistaken. This method is perfectly workable.
Initially 2 condoms on top of one another... then take off one, left one.... then flip the previously removed condom and don it on top of the one still on the penis.
U gotta use ur imagination to visualise -
