Share with u my experience in this company:
My company (i mean the co. me working in lahhhh) is a pretty traditional Chinese co. They actually had a chinese "medium" or monk (forgotten liaoo) to "bless" the land before construction began.
Then after completion, they (the big big bosses) selected an auspicious day for "moving in"
On the day of moving in, while we were all bz setting up our workstations, the chinese "medium" did a prayer and then he went around the entire premises and "sprinkled" holy water
Those staff who are buddhist or taoists followed him around lorrr.

i have done office re-location.... a few times.
Anyways, we did not have any rituals to follow... so to speak.
For memories sake, a few of us took pictures while we are packing, after we are done. At the new place.... we took pictures after we are done with the unpacking.
Looking at the pictures..... it brings on smiles..... -
Find an auspicous corner of the office door (either left or right bottom), piss into that corner and mark your territory. If you want to get promoted, piss higher.

[color=blue]Moving office location is no fun...So many things to pack then when at the new office so many things to unpack.
My office the bosses does the same things most Singaporeans do i guess, get the building blessed by the monks and look at the Fengsui. At the same time get a good date to move in. Damn Leichey...
Office offical openin will be about 1month later...then we have buffet and stuff and invite our important guest to come and take a look at the new office lor.kekeke....but most ppl will want to eat the food rather than see the oppice.... -
moving office is bery tiring....
and best is dun wear shoe, lidat den can walk faster n make more trips.... -
[color=green]Jany,,,not advisable..casue you never know what you might step onto...tell you, my colleague also did the same...then he accidentally stepped onto a nail...lucky the puncture not very deep but still very painful and he bled alot. So just be careful okie sweetie....

I almost forgotten until last thursday, I stepped onto 1 tiny winy piece of broken glass ... i tot it was nothing ... so I pull the glass out ... and ignore it ..... then i felt the floor "sticky" ... wahhh i lifted my foot and i saw blood ....

[color=brown]Well nothing is worse then what happen to me in the office few months back..The chair i sat on is spoilt and i dunno...then i sat on it and it broke...the steel part of the chair gave me two big cuts on my tigh...sighzzzz...worst part...some of the colleagues laffed at me...saying i too fat...almost cried out
But also got some very concern...they make sure i am okie...took the first-aid box to help me clean the wound and later bring me go see doctor....sighzzz really bad experince for me
