Actually the process is not gross. Last time was worse.
To castrate a man.
Two men will hold the castratee's shoulders and a third one will stretch the castratee's ball-sack out on a chopping board. Then the castrator will chop the balls off. The castrator assistant will then sprinkle the wound with salt to prevent infection. Instant Enunch.

Definately, the 2nd idea is not a good idea at all. Best is that if that fellow really cheats on you, break and forget about him. I mean if he can cheat on you, he will do it again.
