my napfa's tomorrow, i dont know whether i can pass. any tips for a person who hasnt ran for a long time ? oh anyway im a girl, the passingtime is 18 minutes. sounds easy, but i dont do sports and stuff.
you should have started to train your stamina by doing some jogging earlier..
i think main thing is dun stop. once you stop, the momentum is gone

poly never exercise ma.. and always take lift.. lazy take stairs ya the lifts are damn slow, unless we're late for lesson then we climb the stairs
Control your breathing
Look at distant objects, not on the ground.
Find a pacer, like target a good runner and make sure you're at least 10 metres near her or such.
Don't think of how tiring it is, think of things that you wanna do after 2.4, or take the time when you're running to re-organize your thoughts.
Don't talk when you're running.
And remember to wear clothings that are not too tight, nor too lose, and comfortable shoes.

long time no run....pushing urself is Ok...but dun push too hard...wait faint...
cardio exercises are meant to be improved over time...
i can't practise.... as in... to jog regularly to pace the timing better...
i must long long no run... then suddenly run then i can do well...
if i practise regularly... my timing is 13mins...
if i don't... i can do 11mins....
my bouncy nikes did help a bit...
