  Got a question...
  
  Is it possible to attach a basket to any bicycles? eg. mountain bikes.

  if ur bike is a $400+ mountain bike or u using it for sports... my advice to u is NO u will wack urself if u do that

  Nope... actually haven got one, planning to get a bicycle just for leisure usage. So, just wanna noe for general knowledge if a basket is applicable for all kinds of bicycles.

  if u using just for traveling then emm get a bag or something don't use a basket.. those like for uncle, aunties...

  I disagree.. Can buy many groceries and carry heavy load. If u talk abt practical use. Basket in front is useful. 99% of mountain bic can fix basket in front. Nowadays feeder bus is so ex for such short journey. Good to ride a bic and get to nearby MRT station

  I agree that a basket can look quite oh bliang. like auntie. However, it is definitely more practical when you are buying things. At least got a place to put your things.
  
  anyway. i saw a URATA Mountain Bike with a basket selling at $120 at an auction.Its not brand new. Do you think it is worth the price? Or I should just buy a new bicycle?
  
  another question. Will all bicycles get rusty as time goes by?

  not worth the buy.. and yes bike will go rusty unless u get those really good ones.. $120 kind of bike won't last long.. get a good bike and it can follow u for a long time if u are those hardcore riders
