Formula 1: Scandal case btw Mclaren and Ferrari

  Seems like not many Formula 1 Fans here, this forum is being conquered by basketball and soccer fans.
  
  Well anyway, Formula 1 fans, i bet you heard about the Scandal between Mclaren and Ferrari... Whats your opinion? do you think Mclaren is winning because they really obtained and used ferrari's information?
