All milan supporters come in post ... For local media will be running articles such as eg. "manu knocked out..." or watever ...they just wont be having a headline like eg. "milan thru to finals" . Local media is so biased ..

Is Ironic to see 3 English teams in semi and in the end none can win the cup.
AC is really up for the cup this time, liverpool cannot depend on luck as it is 2 yrs ago. -
Here are my opinions on the players (a few repeats included):
Dida - Not much to do tonight, held his nerve under pressure well.
Nesta and Kaladze - Excellent communication and teamwork, owing to their greater experience in the same side. Ance should retain them for the final.
Oddo - Great teamwork with Gattuso, and up there up Cafu going forwards.
Jankulovski - Did his job well. Good support in attack too.
Gattuso/Kaká - Simply invaluable.
Seedorf - Greater attacking role is nothing short of a boost for us. It's an open secret he enjoys playing in the centre.
Ambrosini/Pirlo - The former's defensive role frees up Pirlo to create passes and chances.
Inzaghi/Gilardino - They've had to rely on mistakes by the defenders, in the second leg Inzaghi's better at stretching them. They'll need to find spaces when Kaká and Seedorf aren't available. -

I thought Man Utd were totally outclassed in the second leg and Milan are certainly worthy finalists - and I'm a United fan. Should Milan repeat that performance in Athens, I can't see Liverpool denying them the Champions League...

As a Liverpool fan myself, I doubt they can repeat their heroics of 2005. Milan seems to dictate the pace of the game last night, and the defence was top notch. good, at least this thread doesn't smell of flames, at least not yet. if its about milan winning i hope rather then gloating over man utd.
on a sidenote, i think milan will win pool, because 3 seasons ag, liverpool sold owen to RM and won the ucl, this time milan sold sheva and might just possible get the ucl too.
