Man U is too strong for Roma. so i predict Man U to win.
PSV isnt strong enough to hold onto Liverpool. so Liverpool should win.
Bayern youngsters should be able to edge pass Milan oldies. Bayern to win.
Chelsea's Mourinho's future is unstable so he will wanna win this before he goes. so Chelsea should win against 2 time finalist Valencia.

Bayern will definitely wan to go all out against Man U for the 99 revenge but with the likes of 99 hero giggsy scholes and neville, it should be out of qns. with the additional of rising stars c.ronaldo and rooney and the experience of van der sar and ferdinand and also the hungry vidic carrick and evra, Man U should have no problem in this ties.
there is so much bad blood between anfield and stamford bridge. but this time rd, winner could turn out to be the blues. cech n terry returns prove to be vital. with the weathy UCL experiences from ballack and shevchenko and on-form drogba, it could be chelsea smiling this time. (so sorry gerrard!)
