  Are there any lap swimmers here?
  
  Anyone knows how many calories will be burnt if you do 30 laps with free-style in about 30 to 33 mins?

  not sure how much. but i bet is a lot.
  
  i've done 30laps many times.
  
  feels like after a 2.4k jog.
