  I guess since many of these commentators are British/English. They are naturally more passionate when doing commentary on their own English matches. I suppose the better commentors would prefer to watch and do commentary for English matches so they choose to do so.

  Yeah.... considering how they produce the likes of Joe Cole, Frank Lampard, Ferdinand brothers......
  
  But I can't say I feel sorry for them. I kind of disliked the fan's blind hate campaign against Lampard. I also can't believe how they like to call Roeder 'tumour boy' and wish that he had died.

  i watch my fav club villa and teams i like.....portsmouth, fulham, reading, west brom, crystal palace, southhampton.

  Sometimes it's also about a fresh challenge for the player, or lack of oppurtunity just as the player comes out of the youth team. In Lampard's case, it was not getting support from the fans.
  
  And of course, sometimes it's about the club wanting to cash in. Reinvest the profits.

  Nowadays I usually watch the team which I support play. Will watch other matches too if I have the time and not tired. Not as "mad" as last time.

  Yep, me too. But we have to accept what is shown on TV. Can't quite do without the weekend dose of soccer action, even if it is MUFC vs CFC.
  
  I must catch at least 1 game live for the week, regardless of who is playing.

  haha.. Me too. Thankfully, able to watch online for other leagues, so it's not that "restricted" to EPL in that sense..
