Blues must come clean

ARSENE WENGER wants Chelsea to come clean over their PSV Eindhoven link.
The Arsenal boss has also questioned the BluesÂ’ right to carry on despite heavy financial losses.
Ahead of tonight’s PSV clash Wenger said: “It is not me who is suspicious. This is a problem which has been raised by the president of the Dutch football federation.”
Wenger is concerned by rumours PSVÂ’s Brazilian defender Alex is secretly owned by the Blues.
He added: “The Chelsea connection is a concern but no one really knows what is at the bottom of things.
“There seems to be an arrangement but I don’t know what legal relationship exists.
“It’s very difficult to control and that is why the ownership of players has to be made clear.
“We have an agreement with the Belgian club Beveren but the big difference is they don’t play in the Champions League.
“Chelsea and PSV are playing in the same competition.”
Wenger also voiced his concerns about Chelsea’s ability to carry on absorbing huge losses — £300million in three years — due to the generosity of billionaire owner Roman Abramovich.
He said: “I have said many times all clubs should be balanced by their natural resources.
“That means you can only spend what have you’ve got coming in.
“With normal mathematics, to lose £80m in one year would leave you 80 miles below the surface of the water.
“To survive so deep is normally very difficult. But for Chelsea it is viable because they have the support of a super-sponsor.
“But is it right for any business, not only in football, to have that kind of artificial income?
“And is it right for a club to be so reliant on one man?”

after reading this article, it seems Wenger is echoing alot of concerns that is persistent in EPL now.
1) How many dotted lines are each club link to? Do they need to openly declare?
Using Chelsea as an example, (no offense)
I do recall Chelsea playing one other russian club in the UCL but it turns out Roman also has links to. But no one mentioned any conflicts of interest here. Strange.
2) 2nd portion, abit of sour grapes for all. but finanically, why need a balance books when your sugar-daddy is able to cover all your losses and still provides more? Does soccers needs some regulations on this? -

If Chelsea is not one of the top 4 clubs in England, doesn't have Roman's billions, and don't have top class players, will Arsene even be bothered about them?
The thing is, I don't understand why Arsene is being so obesseive with Chelsea. Why should he be worried about Chelsea and if they have ties as he has probably the best crop of youngsters in the EPL? If they stay injury and trouble free, expect them 2 shine soon on a regular basis in the EPL. Furthermore, these guys will be together for a long time by then, and will understand each other better, and this is going to be an advantage. -
