lampard is popular only because he scored a lot of goals last season. on top of that, he is british. a lot of players, especially british, are over-rated. -
anyway i feel lampard only shoot on sight mostly.. you can count how many long range shooting he does in a match.. his assist is getting lesser.. its true.
But he is still a good player. -

The big problem is that Real and Barc etc are impatient spoilt teams who must win at all costs. Two years ago when Barca was so-so they were saying that Frank Rikaard was rubbish and should be fired and look where they are now.
Only a team like Real is stupid enough to fire their coach (Del Bosco) after winning the Champoins League and then have to go through a search for another coach. If Fabio Capello isn't good enough I cant think of anyone else better not Murino at the moment.
An older person surely will have eaten more rice than a younger one, such a comparison should not have been made .
But indeed Real and Barca are no easy teams to manage

nope..i dun think lampard is a playmaker...he attack more den he create chances for others....whereseas zidane ronaldinho kaka...create chances more den they shoot...lampard did lots of assists...but mostly thru set pieces...

it is obvious there is something seriously wrong with him. he keeps playing like a striker. he is always trying to score instead of creating chances for the strikers.
to make things worst his shooting standard has dropped drastically. hence, he is not scoring as much as he likes to. -
