Reina made some high profile howlers this season. I was shocked when he punched the ball against the bar in the match against Everton which resulted in a Johnson goal. He, however, kept 12 clean sheets.
James has been pulling excellent saves week in and week out. His defence wasn't top class: Pamarot, Primus, Campbell and Johnson, but yet they are able to keep 8 clean sheets.

Anyway so far , Liverpool shaky defense this season luckily escape only 16 goals into the net .
Pompey not so lucky , kena 22 goals into the net , lucky James' good or their defense good , or plain unlucky , whatever "neutral" fans say , or else kena double .
I am happy anyway , my lousy 'keeper concede 16 goals , with shaky defense , with blunders , and with 12 clean sheets .
At the meantime , let me go round the net , in search for Reina's performance for all-competition , EPL , Carling Cup , Charity Shield , UCL , FA Cup , etc.... and consolidate the points he earn on each match basis , and contra with jame's all-competition ratings .....
maybe that will be more convincing ....

If one had done miraculously good for their prelimaries exam in schools for the "o" levels , like all A* ....sekali after the "0" levels , he scored all A* and one A , and can't make the grade into say ... National Junior College , u can't just go to MOE and tell them .... I did spendid on my prelims , everybody say i am good for NJC ....... will MOE listen ?
It's the datas and records , the end-result that matters , not just what people said about u . -
how can u judge a goalkeeper base on goal conceded and clean sheets ???
we all know that shay given and casilas is 2 really good keeper but their defence are not helping them
same case for david james this season he has really been awesome
you need to watch the match rather than STATS of goal condeded and clean sheets as defence play a part too
the keeper that man utd signed Tomas.K was also a good keeper but west brom defence are not helping him
when man utd sign him it was not shocking for me @ all as he is a good keeper -
Shay given did excellent in the match Tottenham 2 - 3 Newcastle
but if judging by the goals conceded u can jolly well assume that shay given is lousy
buf if u watch the match u know that Tottenham could have score 4 or 5 more goals
paul robinson is really overrated he is just an average keeper or worse than average -
