Scuba Diving

Any scuba divers out there? I'm interested to learn scuba diving but i got some questions to ask beforehand
1. What's the difference between NAUI and PADI certified?
2. Any good diving shops that offers diving courses to recommend?
3. What course do i take, if i'm a newbie?
4. Do they test you on swimming during the course? -
open water ....
as for the diff between NAUI and PADI, I shall keep quiet here, for it may spark a war ....

I'll leave the details to the others,
but just remember these points
1. you're going diving, not to plunder, leave the giant clams, oysters, lobsters, fish ,crabs whatever alone ....
2. corals are dangerous, some can sting you, others are delicate, you touch them they die, keep your hands to yourself, everyone's happy ....
3. the sea is not a dustbin, watch where you toss your plastics and rubbish ....
4. take only memories behind, no corals, no seashells, if everyone takes a piece, then it becomes a big free-for-all
enjoy and have fun ! it's a wonderful sport ...

Ermm.. Not sure, im a PADI diver.. Different cert onie..

Depends on instructor lor.. Now is not the season too..

Open Water nia..

Test u on water confidence.. Mi is a non swimmer.. Now AOWD liao.. -
i suck in water trending the most i can trend is 1min so will it hinder me learning scuba diving?
