most managers cannot afford to lose the players' dressing room cause one lost, it means you are gone. Do you dare to put/use a rotten apple?

So what if the defence suffer a while, you gain the players', fans and most importantly the management's respect that you dare to act.
Imagine, in your office, someone who is very negative, and keep smearing the management but he is the top earner, what do you do?
by keeping him, you are affecting your own foothold as manager and you lose control. by terminating him, you gain respect.
