and the assistant ref got 2 important decision wrong both involving goals
and the stats show that wigan has wasted their chances by shooting 15 shots and only 6 on target while chelsea only shoot 9 shots and 5 on target and had more corners kick
one is kalou goal ruled out and heskey goal was allow to stand
u cant be sure if heskey was offside coz replay cant show cole's whereabout. and boulahrouz took his time to come back from outside when heskey got the ball. why blame the linesman.
i dont know if u even play soccer or let alone playing the role of ref before. its always easier to fault the linesman from a x10 slow-motion replay on a marginal decision. i dont see u complaining when chelsea defenders get favourable decision handling ball or bulldozing another player inside penalty box.
yes, from the replay, it is a bad decision. but like wat i mentioned previously, live with it. thats football. one tend to be blinded by bad decision which goes the opposition's way as well. if chelsea cant survive that ONE bad decision, maybe they should play netball instead.
ultimately its 3 points, credits to chelsea for winning the game. what i'm trying to say is that chelsea struggled to win the game against wigan. dont make it sound like a team of archangels just won 30-0 or satanic refs are always out there to stop chelsea from winning.

regardless of where cole is, heskey is most probably offside because he came back onto the field from the byline. -

hi hi, after reading this post where Jose claims his chelsea team is not strong enough after the narrow win against wigan. He claims he only has 3 central defenders and when JT is injured, they only got two.
my question is in a regular match, how many central defenders you need?
if one goes down, you react and you shift, and that's the beauty of soccer.
I think Jose is watching too much american football, where the offensive and defensive team kept changed at plays or too much rugby, where he can have more than 11 players...
either way with Roman cutting spending, it will be the FIRST time it is a level playing field if of course, Chelsea can stick to their words... -
