actually, I do see instances where things are not done properly, but referee just allow the games to start. like for example, I do notice so many foul throws but no-one seems to notice.
from what I understand the ball needs to leave your hands before it goes over the players' head, right?

I dropped as long as he don't blah blah blah and even claimed FIFA rules are wrong from practical standpoint.
Like I said, I am not looking to win this argument. So what I win and btw, the start rule is not a secret that is known to me.
I have never come across a person who insist he is right again and again and with so much blah blah even when he knew he was wrong.
