Arsenal boss Wenger to hold back Henry

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is planning showdown talks with Thierry Henry and is expected to tell his captain he will not play again this year.
Wenger refused to discuss at length Henry's absence following Arsenal's 3-0 win over Tottenham, but did hint the pair are not seeing eye-to-eye at the moment.
Despite carrying a slight neck injury, Henry believed he was fit to play in Saturday's north London derby and was upset when Wenger informed the striker he would not be playing.
"It is very difficult to speak about that because first I want to sit down with him and tell him what I expect from him and where we go when he has recovered," he said.
"I'm not saying that I'm happy or unhappy, but he is not ready to play. He is tired, he needs to recover fully, and when you don't play for a while you need to take time to prepare for your return. He cannot expect to walk straight back into the team."
No henry against Man utd last time now no henry against chelsea ? Will Arsenal do it again ? -
anything, just beat Chelsea or draw and Arsenal would have done their job well..

henry is an influence in the arsenal team, howeer i feel the team is more fluid and has more mobility when hes not playing. maybe Arsene has finally seen through it like what SAF saw in RVN b4 letting him go. but i don;t think Arsene will let Henry go so soon unless there really is a big bust up...

honestly, I think sell him to Barcelona better. Real Madrid too much strikers liaoz.
And AW will never sell to Mourinho. But Mourinho may land him after a few years @ Barca - eg: Shevchenko.
Think if AW sell him to Barca, he can get a huge amount. If I am AW, I will ask for Saviola or Messi in return.... -
wenger did not hold back henry, he mainly want to rest henry so that he can rest his injuries well.
