When you are attacking, it can be considered as defending.Originally posted by 4getmenot:Wats the point of thumping in 10 goals when you defence lets in 15?
i'd say its still a balance mixture that wins you cups and league titles..![]()
its loserpool now...Originally posted by rojak12:When you are attacking, it can be considered as defending.
When you are defending, you are not attacking.
Only lousy team and lousy manager like to defence, because they could not attack.
See now Liverpool play si beh sian.
I just saw Arsenal played attacking football even after 2-0 up and ended 3-0.Originally posted by SexyChin:Look at Arsenal and Valencia now.![]()

Liverpool's Kenny Dalglish's reply on his team strategy:
[b]"Attack, attack, attack"
Current football strategy in defence is not really in defending.
These "defending" team just break down your attacking flow with numerous professional foul. Super boring to watch!

he won a premiership title with blackburn right?Originally posted by iceFatboy:So how many titles did Dalgish won when he is the manager?
from my little knowledge, I think it was at blackburn when he brought & replaced all except one player, Atiken.
any other achievements?
if you say so..Originally posted by dragg:he won a premiership title with blackburn right?
i think it is good enough.
even so, i disagree that a team's success should be built on attack.
so far only mourihno, SAF and wenger has done better.Originally posted by iceFatboy:if you say so..

UK U, which one we don't know lah.. UK very big..Originally posted by suckthumb.com:hide away for so many days just to search for Dalgish info? use google to search next time, its alot faster probably within 10 sec..
now back to my reply on your post.. i wrote such a long paragraph while you chose to read just a small portion and started your childish shot again... well, even if you enjoy such childish replies pls do brush up your grammer lor.. remember you're from some UK's U and during your U days you have played with other teams from all over UK?
can you like talk football here? Dalgish no doubt is a pretty good manager but it was being widely regarded that the Liverpool team of the 80s was so good that they probably doesn't even needs a manager to win games and also your quote of him to support your talk of attacking doesn't quite stand, he is not the icon of attacking football if you have did enough homework and if you had seen enough football during your U days..
