I have to be brutally honest.
A PENALTY goal is what we can do against Indonesia who had leaked in 10 goals in their previous 2 games.
FAS, I just want to go and cheer our OWN national teams with 40 ~ 50K people together.
Bring back the Malaysia Cup!
Do a search on any local soccer forum. A majority of them know the EPL teams players much better than our national team players.
FAS, what do you have to say? How about Sleague match attendances?

".....Officially, and you heard it here first, Goal 2010 no longer exists.
The FAS will now drop the name in favour of the less time-sensitive moniker, "Football Excellence".
The Goal 2010 division, which incorporates the coaching arm of the project and is headed by new technical director P N Sivaji, has been renamed the Football Excellence Division.
The FAS admits that it wants to alter public perception that Goal 2010 is a target that Singapore's national football team must achieve.
"If there is a perception-reality gap, this is the best time for me to clarify," said FAS general-secretary John Koh yesterday....."

i still can name those playing in malaysia cup days. now? omg i dun even a single player... maybe tat ang moh benetth? dunno how to spell his name also. :X
its a waste of $ to watch singapore's soccer or its national team play nowadays. standard far far far worst than 10 years ago. think fas shd go overseas and buy one whole foreign team and maybe only then they can win sea games. :X
there is a reason why singapore cant excel in soccer... i know why... maybe u know why... but fas dunno why, or they pretend they dunno why cos they cant say they know...
so dun ever expect singapore to win even Asia games, not even in 100 years. -
