too bad they were in the Group of Death during World Cup, they sure are one of the best African teams. -
u have a good striker is no use, the overall team must be there or thereabout to support mah.
a good striker without the support of strong midfielders or having a leaky defense will equal to naught. this is why the strongest team wins and not the strongest players.
Brazil is brimming with mega stars but they still bowed out becos they are not that efficient as a team...same as Ivory coast, Drogba is a good player, but he alone cannot propel the team to glory if the rest is mediocre. We see Giggs as a good player but the overall Wales team is not good...the list goes on. -
i felt that ivory coast had a good team. just that they're tactically naive and inexperienced on the big stage. alot of hardwork and some bits of skill here and there too. but just tactically not aware.

and AJ went missing in and I wonder if Steve Maclaren Told Lampard to play more defensively and sitting in as a anchor man dm to allow carrick and gerrard
and i don't think robben switch wing according to his own will as he faced ashley cole on the right =/
and in injury time John Terry headed the ball into the ball towards gerrard and gerrard with a dissapointing shot

Richards had a great debut, so lets not take away any of his credit..
England manager might have been pleased with the commitment of his players and stuff but seriously England just can't finished teams off when they're supposed to.. in actual fact, England didn't draw its rather they fail to win on a day when their tactics, gameplay and players are better then Holland.. -
