ya, the BB wingers are a threat, but i think heinz wont play tml, probably evra will start.Originally posted by CKeer:Like i've mentioned in the other thread, United should close down quickly on Morten Gamst Pedersen and David Bentley as well as on-form striker Benni McCarthy.
If you've noticed, both Pedersen and Bentley are wing players. They like to use their pace and trickery to get pass oppositions. And who are United's Right and Left Back last season? Neville and Heinze. Both are considerably slow players.
I think in this match, Neville should stay back and attack only when necessary cos if Blackburn has the opportunity to launch a counter-attack den its GG to United. Evra should keep his place at left-back because he's in form right now and his pace should neutralise Bentley's run.
Again, I'd like to see Rooney get into the scoresheet and United to win 2-0.
Cheers.

Hmm, i doubt Giggs would start. I think Fergie would use Fletcher on the right and Ronaldo on the left again.Originally posted by marcteng:ya, the BB wingers are a threat, but i think heinz wont play tml, probably evra will start.
to neutralise the BB wingers, i think ronaldo and giggs have to track back to defend. you attack and defend as a team.
i think shd be man u to win by 2-0 also, cheers. rooney and saha on the scoresheet.
why giggs dun start? is he injured? if he is not injured, why then is he not playing? I think he is not injured and will play tml lar. he is in magnificent form since the season started, even after he came back from his injury. I think giggs will start, but maybe he will not last the match.Originally posted by CKeer:Hmm, i doubt Giggs would start. I think Fergie would use Fletcher on the right and Ronaldo on the left again.
Thats a good way but it requires alot of stamina and United can only counter-attack if they play this way.
Oh well, pray hard that United don't take opponents lightly again.
Cheers.

I dun think man u will be treating BB lightly, after they have beaten them home and away last season, BB is a difficult team to beat like bolton, they are a physical side, especially after they bought benni mccarthy from porto.
surely all epl teams would have kids all over the world vying for a trial in england. i think they will get some games in reserves, but i dun think BB will sign them.Originally posted by Xtrider:Singapore Pair Head To Blackburn Two Singapore footballers are set to train with Premier League outfit Blackburn Rovers.
18 year-old Syaifudin Said and Sheer Mohamed, who is 22, were both named as MVPs in Singapore’s Street Soccer “Defend Your Turf” tournament earlier in the year.
The talented pair will head to East Lancashire on November 13 and will spend almost three weeks training with BlackburnÂ’s academy, one that is generally regarded as among the best in Europe.
They will also play against local teams in friendly games.
“When I first knew that I had been selected for the Blackburn stint, I was shocked and stuck for quite a while in disbelief,” a beaming Said told reporters.

Heinz is getting back to his fitness levels, so not to worry. Evra is maybe still adapting to epl fast pace of football. he shd be fine later on.Originally posted by iceFatboy:it would seems that MUFC were all conquering and threaten to burst blackburn.
but to me, it throws a few question mark.
the left back, Evra was MIAed a few times, and if not for Giggs covering, it would be quite worrying. I bet future opp. would have picked up that.
I am unsure how he would fare if Drogba would be attacking from that angle and Shev from another.
up front we are quite okie, with the weather, it would be understandable why rooney missed but on another day, I would have bet him scoring a hat-trick.
why go in the month of Nov when it is so cold and unsuitable for our local boys? To me, it is more reward for doing well. At least, enjoy how professional soccer is done.Originally posted by marcteng:surely all epl teams would have kids all over the world vying for a trial in england. i think they will get some games in reserves, but i dun think BB will sign them.

Rem we used to have one batch going to germany, Nasir (our MF) but came back, also play like crap.
and 2010, a big joke. slap in the face..
they dun get to choose the dates.. FAS appiled for trial with the clubs then decide who is best to send after they get the date allocate but other then players from ard our region there are hundreds and thousands of players waiting to go for trial with them.. hence usually the SEA region will get such "not too good" dates, imo going for trial in England is useless..they dun know how to mature Asians, a better place to go to would be Holland, whom have over the years mature players whom are non European and had built almost similar to Asians, in a nutshell, it means youth in Holland clubs given more room for skillful players (not that any of our players are thou) whereas England are for well known for their strength and sheer size..Originally posted by iceFatboy:why go in the month of Nov when it is so cold and unsuitable for our local boys?
