Man Utd Favourites for EPL Title this year 2006-2007 Season

Man U is favourites to win the epl title again after 3 barren years, signs point to a man u victory this year. here are the reasons why:
1) chelsea away form not as good as last season, already loses to spurs and boro away, still to visit liverpool, man u and arsenal, not to mention bolton.
2) cech out for 3-6 mths is a factor, as cech is an outstanding goalie. the 2 defeats chelsea suffered thus far did not feature cech.
3) man u goal scoring is the highest now, with saha, rooney and the midfielders like ronaldo, giggs, scholes scoring, not to mention goals from defenders like rio and vidic recently. you need strikers, midfielders and defenders contributing the goals tally.
4) man u traditionally not good starters, but this season they started and matched chelsea stride for stride and is 3 points ahead. -

Huh? What talking you? Chelsea no chance la. They are complaining whole day. What most ppl out there really want is not for Man Utd to win the EPL title but for Chelsea to NOT WIN IT. Even if they dont like Man Utd, they would rather Man Utd win it than Chelsea, who are behaving like a bunch of cry babies than winners. No wonder so many players want to leave chelsea.

last season is last season, last season chelsea got cech in goal, this season cech is out for 3-6 mths. last season chelsea lost 5, how you know if chelsea gonna lose 5 or less this season, cant chelsea lose more than 5 times, maybe 6 or 7 times. cech out for 6 mths is a huge variable my friend cos he is a very good goalie. true that chelsea won liverpool at home, but they have to travel to liverpool at anfield, not to mention arsenal, man u and bolton.
for me, cech out long term is a very huge factor. -

If man u beat chelsea, it will be 6 points ahead of chelsea. -
Arsenal suffering the effects of moving to a new home, the emirates stadium is a much bigger field than highbury.
I still think Arsenal is inconsistent and is not able to finish teams off when they have the chance.
As for liverpool, they are already 11 points behind Man U, even if they mount a late bid for the title, it will be a case of too little too late. any teams challenging for the title needs to start well and ends well. -
yep i agree. man utd are defintiely hungrier for it. chelsea, i just got a sneaking suspicion that they're putting champions league glory top of their priority list even though they didnt say it openly.

I hope Bolton and Portsmouth can shine this season. Time for the underdogs to prove their worth and silence the yaya papayas.

but i must admit the 4th epl title will be THE most competitive EPL title race ever and is one to watch out for but chelsea will still go in as favourites as if they win this year they will have 3 epl in a row under "The Special 1" -

so far chelsea 2 defeats are without cech in goal, bear in mind that.
you can have the best defence, best midfield, best strikers, but with a dodgy goalie, you still can suffer. Cudicini certainly not a top class goalie, he is at best rated as reliable goalie in epl. world class goalie in epl are Edwin Van D Sar and Cech. Heck, Cudinici not even an italian international, not even as second or third goalie behind Buffon.
I wont be surprised if chelsea were to go out and buy or loan buffon in January. -
