Not that I like Mourinho, but I haven't the slightest sympathy for Barca...
This lot of cheats have redefined what constitutes cheating, really - Mourinho was hardly far off when he insinuated he knew how Barca always enjoyed the protection of officials resulting in them having more penalties and more opponents sent off than most of their rivals. Ronaldinho aside, I'm not sure I can name anyone in that side demonstrates a degree of sportsmanship worthy of admiration... -
I think Mourinho is someone who speaks his mind.
His approach is direct and unassuming.
I do admire his courage and his attempts to draw flank away from his players and onto himself. In a way, this probably earns respect with his players and peers.
but unlike some in the soccer forums, Mourinho gives credits when it is due.
For example, I read that he gave Martin Jol a handshake or hug, for he think Spurs did a good job. But his angle of attack was limited to only Poll.
so in way, he is sincere.
