  dodgy opponents. 3 points for England will be satisfying to me regardless of performance. If McClaren is gutsy enough, he should instruct the team to take the game to Macedonia instead of sitting back to hit them on a break.

  Not really. England happened to be seeded and the rest of the unseeded teams happened to be minnows. They will face Croatia and Russia later I think and these guys aren't minnows.

  England's group is so easy i don't belief it. No Sweden, no Denmark, no Turkey... McClaren have it easy.

  Russia is probably better than turkey now, turkey is on the down while russia with guus hiddink will be looking up.

  Tought as they may be amongst themselves but they are definately not a match for a rank top 5 in the world side.
  
  If England have problems with such opponents then they might as well forget about winning Euro 08.

  Caught the first half of the game. Didn't seem like an easy one cos the Macedonians were quite organised at the back and were taking the game to England. This is the team which drew twice against Holland in the qualifiers for WC.
