can you see the word "Accuse" ? So his accusation can be right or wrong..........I suggest you to watch the peantly claim again in EPL Highligh and give a fair judgement to chelsea player instead.....................if the person that gone down was Rooney would anyone have posted this ? anyway Terry is not a diver.......he a fighter,a true blue warrior !Originally posted by zocoss:

The Sun : Dive Bomb.
even a chelsea hater......that has fair judgement and almost all people here except you disagree that it was a clear cut foul that will result in a peantly since it is in peantly box.............Originally posted by used:as much as i despise chelsea, i think it was a fair penalty. terry, like rooney, dosent go down easily and the hugging was too obvious.
Like i said in my first reply to you billyboy...Originally posted by BillyBong:ZOCOSS: you were saying this wasn't going to turn into a flame post? 28 replies and counting...![]()
Shirt pulling and hugging happens in every EPL match especially during corners or freekicks into the opponent's area. Its very common, every game you can see and no penalty is given.Originally posted by Rustyhong:hmmm ... although the ball did not go his way ... it's a clear cut foul ... dun care he dive anot ... it is a foul ... pure hugging and pulling of shirt ...
But to me la .... terry is a player i respect ... Dont keep comparing him and beck ... u also haven't confirm its a dive and u are comparing that beck did not dive while he was captian of England...
(sorry ... english not good)
Well, if you like to see it that way its totally up to you...Originally posted by the Bear:okay then.. we accuse the dude of attempted sodomy on Terry..
does that make him guilty of sodomy on Terry?
I am afraid it will be your beloved Liverpool first to meet Chelsea on Sep 17... Do you think they can repeat their lucky community match again?Originally posted by Agenda:man utd vs chelsea
let's go!!
beckham dun need to dive lah...Originally posted by zocoss:Shirt pulling and hugging happens in every EPL match especially during corners or freekicks into the opponent's area. Its very common, every game you can see and no penalty is given.
The reason why i highlighted the Dive is also cos i respected Terry as a good & wholehearted player. His determination in a game is always there for this last 2 years. I was one of his supporter during the selecting of England captain post. You can check previous post if you have doubts. That is why i am rather disappointed by his act.
Comparing him to beck is the only way cos he was the last Cap. and i say again i never saw Beck dive for Real M and i watch many of Real's games.
You can go and watch it again on Ch 23 around 7.10pm.
That means you also agree that Beck never dive right...Originally posted by hyuuga neji:beckham dun need to dive lah...
he auto give the ball away one...
defenders no need to tackle him...![]()

i hate to say this... but terry was really fouled...
and blackburn were doing quite well up to tat penalty...
wat a waste... man utd would have been 5 points clear of chelski...
its the ooijer guy's fault... really...

I watched it again last night and he went down very easily for a strong and tough guy... I also felt that the fouled that lead to the free-kick shouldn't have been given too.
Anyway, over at the other end, I saw Carvalho was pulling and grabbing the blackburn striker's shirt in the area but the honest guy just stayed on his feet. That's how Captain Diver should have behave... But i guess if you are desperate enough, you will do anything to get a penalty.
Too bad, there goes a good reputation.
nvm bias fans are like that lazy to argue anyway the general fans here agreed that it was a clear-cut foul and steven gerrard did dive for penalty b4 last season i saw it myself during the match but not posting to make a issue out of it since the peantly is not given.........Originally posted by Agenda:One thing I can say about gphimpheng: OBNOXIOUS
WTF? You don't see any LFC fans taking it seriously when some people said Gerrard dived for the penalty
what a nob..
It doesn't matter to me whether he dived of not. The issue is inconsequential.Originally posted by zocoss:Like i said in my first reply to you billyboy...
Its just to highlight that new England captain dived to get the all important penalty for his team... to break the deadlock.
This is just a discussion amongst football fans. We have different opinions we exchange our views thats all, nothing more.
If some of you have a different opinion or choose not to see it, fine. I can accept it but I and others also have ours. This post is purely regards to Terry's act and his position as new England captain and nothing about Chelsea as someone here have said.
But obviously some Chelsea fans can't seem to understand and assume i am attacking Chelsea the club when all i said was Terry's the players act which was a let down cos he is the new England's captain therefore an example for many kids not just in UK but those that watched the match too.
I understand its a 50-50 to some but enough editors in UK felt that it was good enough to put it on their frontpage says a lot. I suggest you go and watch it again. Later around 7.10pm or so channel 23 have show again.
Yeah lahÂ… thatÂ’s what I have been telling you all along. You are entitle to your opinion and I respect it but I am entitle to mine too right? The important thing is not Chelsea 5 points behind or in front, thatÂ’s irrelevant. The important thing is the New England Captain had to stood so low as to Dived to win a penalty to save the match! SighÂ…Originally posted by hyuuga neji:we agree to disagree lah...
argue like this also no point...
impt thing is man utd not 5 points clear of chelski...
wasted man... i tot blackburn can hold them to draw at least...
If itÂ’s inconsequent to you then why you bother to add your opinion in our discussion? Since this is a forum for sport discussion, we are only here to share our views and opinions of what happened recently and I guess in a few days we will all probably forget what was discuss here alsoÂ… Anyway, what may seem inconsequential to you may be of interest to others. No one is here to incite flame as you seem to suggest.Originally posted by BillyBong:It doesn't matter to me whether he dived of not. The issue is inconsequential.
What matters is that such a meaningless thread was bound to incite flames among the forumers, and for what?
The deed is already done. The penalty awarded. The game lost.
What does it matter what people say? 99% of managers on the losing end will always deem penalty decisions went against them, the referee was biased, the opposing players playacted etc etc.
Plenty of players like Thierry Henry, Robert Pires, Christiano Ronaldo and so on have done the 'superman stunt' but John Terry seems to have been given an obscene amount of coverage.
Perhaps the papers are trying to influence the referee's decision into recinding the penalty? Either way, this is just another non-discussion topic bound to lead to nowhere.

Never mehÂ… then why you even bother I wonderÂ… I am not an anti-chelsea, do take a little time to read my pervious post if you care before you make a sweeping statement. the difference between you and i is that i do not get myself irrationaly attached to anything.....that said, i wish all well and best wishes...do not blindly idolise the millionaire footies who can't give a damn...make your own millions and spread it around to those in need....

Anyway, I am a Man utd supporter and am not a shame to say so too. That does not mean I have not been critical of themÂ… I have said unpleasant things about Man u players too, I was also one of them that thought Sir Alex should go last year and hope he had gone.
Anyway, If you care to read the title carefully and my post through this whole thread (if you bother), you will realized I am criticizing Terry, the England Captain and not Terry, the Chelsea player.
Lastly, the difference between you and meÂ… Well, I think you are just not passionate thatÂ’s all in whatever you do but I can respect that, nothing irrationally.cheers buddy.
