man u waited 26 yrs for their first domestic title, the premiership in 1993.
for liverpool the domestic trophy seemed like a permanent fixture at the liverpool cabinet in the past. but they have not won the domestic title for 16 years already.

chelsea won it once in 1955. they waited 50 yrs for their 2nd domestic title.

Only then will one team win year in year out,liverpool in the old past years,Manu in recent history but now there is more competition ala Manu,Chelsea,Arsenal,Liverpool so doubt any of these teams will go on a long streak of winning titles -

You don't have to watch it if you don't think its good enough for you... Maybe you can go watch Italian, Spanish, French or German league for a while then you might come to appreciate it more.
Your thinking that they are lacking technically is an old idea already. Arsenal & Liverpool have shown they are as good if not better in technicality than Juve or Real from Italy & Spain.
Maybe you need a year of italian football... Then you will realise why people would rather pay $ to watch EPL on cable than watch Italian footbal freel... To say it very badly, even the cable company don't want to pay $ for the rights... need i say more? -
