Look at their recent performances: Beating Iraq 2-0, losing to Palestine 0-2, then marginally losing to China by a goal right at the dearth.
The squad has come a long way after placing Avramovic in charge. He's a good coach and manages the team well. If coaches are anything to come by, we should just look at the former Thai National coach. Under his leadership, the Thais made it to the final qualifying group of the World cup 2002, playing against the likes of Iran and Saudi Arabia. That's the closest any of the SEA countries have come to qualification.
Continuity in this case is important.
I say keep Avramovic for the next 4 years to continue his good work...and to allow the national team to grow from strength to strength.
Sorry for diverting the topic but my question is Palestine got a national soccer team assembled? Aren't they so busy fighting for their freedom than to take part in soccer? So is there a soccer match called Israel vs Palestine?Originally posted by BillyBong:Look at their recent performances: Beating Iraq 2-0, losing to Palestine 0-2, then marginally losing to China by a goal right at the dearth.
