4-3-3 is like 4-5-1 , the two winger can be a midfielder or as striker. If the whole team move forward fast enough even the full back can support the winger to attack. If your team is slow on the both wing and no good connection from fullback and winger then you just have to depend on the attacking central midfield to support the striker. Is up to the manager to plan it play, if he allow fullback to move forward to support attack at a attacking formation he can have up to 7 players up front and leave only 2 CD and a DM behind. Players are always on the move and no point stick to the formation if you don't have a good team play, by covering each other if someone is out of his position.

That's why good manger like to have a multi role player who can switch play during the game. Left wing to right or even to center, and it's also depend on what the opponent is strong at.

Midfielder do have different role, defensive , attacking, winger and playmaker.
They all perform different task, they normally dun put all attacking player.
The most common one is diamond formation to cover the center of the park. -
u should nv choose ur players to accommodate ur formation. instead, u should devise the best formation according to ur players' strengths n weaknesses.

3-5-2 with sweeper position is generally good lineup... -
