you're only saying this because you weren't present at the time when Pool was dominant, i didn't complain when Poolman was bragging if he ever did. Why because he managed to live the dream.
I supported Chelsea back then in 1998, a team without any history, and i am proud, to be distanced from those glory hunters, how many of you have supported a team without any illustrious or glorious past?
there's a saying "don't talk the talk, till you have walked the walk" and that is my point. Do not talk about something you did not even see.
If Benitez was offered a contract paying lesser than what he got at Valencia and if Liverpool wasn't a big club in England, i would have my doubts as to whether he would come too. -
Just a friendly reminder, do not go on and on about your team's success and instead be humble. Why? You just gotta look around and see those Man Utd fans as to why they're the most hated.

2. what makes u think so i haven't experienced the glory years? even if i wasn't there in during the glory years, tt is not important, as i mentioned in my previous post. (u can speculate whether i am in poolman's league, i wun bother)
3. see point #2. but i still dun get your point tt u have to be around to experience the glory. unless u r there @ the bridge, it's still a telly experience. (btw, i have been to anfield and have been at arms length with the players. it's a life changing experience as far as i am concerned)
there is a diff between arrogance and a proud supporter of the club. reds fans are mostly the latter. the last fa cup final agst the hammers is testament to tt. there's mutual respect and cordial. u may not count me in as the latter but u r entitled 2 yr opinion. we onli recipocrate likewise to arrogant opposition fans, man u included....see reds fans' banners to chel$ki in matches..."what's your history?". i second that -

I'm been a Liverpool fan since young.. and i admit i support them cos they were the best then.. but till now even through the dark period of late 90s and early 2000s, they are still without doubt my fave club...
In terms of history, Liverpool are indeed the most sucessful club.. other than the old Cup Winners Cup(anyone still rem this cup?), we have won everything there is to offer... and other than FA cup(which Man U won the most), we won any individual cup more than other teams in England
But lets not all live in history.. I'm proud that Liverpool have such rich history..
I'm sure few years down the road, Man U fans will be proud that they are the most dominant team in the late 90s... they should also be proud that they are the 1st team to win a treble...
SO lets just enjoy the rich culture of our clubs history and look forward to the new season..

2&3. u can go on and on, but without witnessing it first hand, you're no other den just a "oh yea we won". end of conversation, because u knew nothing about it, and most certainly wasn't there to celebrate with other pool fans when u lifted those titles.
4. as a fan being so concerned about history?is that why u supported liverpool? just because of its rich history...
Where's our history?everybody has to start from somewhere, and i'm glad its starting now. As i said, those that always points back to history are probaly those that have nothing much to talk about in the present. I would most rather you people talk about the recent triumph in the UCL which holds me in awe, den talk about what happened so many years ago, unless u were there living that dream at that very moment. -
