  At current rate, i think Chelsea will suffer losses forever, two of their players Essien and Andriy Shevchenko bought so expensive.. only winning champion league can cover half only.. for a year.. wait sell them for losses again..

  Wait a million years ba, when liverpool was supreme is Europe and England in 70s and 80s, they cant reach that kind of heights.. be reminded that they had not win a premiership yet.. not in this season i guess also..

  EPL 1st : Blues ( not their supporter but apparently , they really have a strong squad )
  EPL 2nd : Red Devils ( ever since the likes of beckham / stam has gone , their 'form' also gone liao , and they must hope others drop points to climb 2nd place )
  EPL 3rd : Kops ( still looks like a one-man team to me )
  EPL 4th : Gunners ( if Henry is injured , that's it for them )
  ECC : Barcelona ( with the likes of those WC under-par-performers , but ironically , they can gel & play as a team )

  technically, u dun need a 20goal goalscorer to be champs.
  roma and valencia have prolific scorers themselves but they are chumps, not champs.
  
  to win, u need a healthy squad, astute tactic, luck and a balanced team. yes, everything into the pot cooked just right.
  
  do the reds have them? for one, i dun think we can win with last year's squad. ideally, i would like david villa and a couple more continental players in, but u dun get what u want some times, due to resource constraints. having said that, i think the clincher for liverpool is actually rafa. how he make the team clique is going to be crucial.
  
  the season will pan out nicely for liverpool this season...

  I dun think chelsea had a 20goals goalscorer for the past 2 seasons but have won the epl twice in a row already...so i guess weiquim is right about this point. Arsenal had Henry and Man Utd had Van nistelrooy being high goal scorers, but still the titles is not theirs.

  No point starting a thread asking people to "objectively" rate their top 4 finishers of the epl 2006/2007. They will just add their favorite team at the top, then either put chelsea 2nd, or totally out of picture
