  He is saying France will at least draw or even beat spain in normal time....Personally, i also dun really think spain can beat france, if going by history....Going by form, of coz spain looks better, but u nv know....

  Spain has never ever beaten France in a competitive match. If u look up France and Spain's history, these two have a habit of playing extra time in knock-out stages. Close match
  
  As for Brazil, if you look up their history again, no african team has ever scored any competitive goal against them. And Brazil has always won it's 4th match in any World Ciup, (no draws mind you) except for a loss of 1-0 to Argentina in Italia 90.
