  I wonder if Sam will be unbias one way or the other since he is from a previous English colony when he officiates the FINAL.

  Three others, can't remember exactly which and he was 4th official for Germany vs Sweden too.

  Funny that they got a Spanish ref to officiate the Italy-Australia game. I thought they tend to avoid using refs from the same continent. Had Shamsul been the ref, who knows whether the Italians will still be awarded that last minute penalty.
