lampard strangely top scorer for england during qualifier, top scorer for chelsea in the past 2 seasons, yet he can't seem to score this time..
but he still is getting into those great shooting positions, i think he needs alot of practice..

At least Greece played with purpose. Their players know what to do.
It seemed to me England players do not know whether to attack or defend or hit long balls or pass the ball around.
They always seem to wait someone come up with a first goal then everyone know they can defend from there on.

today gerrard was the attacking midfielder behind rooney right. maybe he should change position with lampard, cuz lampard as a central midfielder always ends up in the right position but wrong shot.

He's not someone like Juan Riquelme to run the show. He's not Stevie G/Wayne Rooney to force things happen. He's more like a Tim Cahill who "ghost" into positions to score. There's really nothing else to his game.
