Ecuador got more shots than England in the first half, John Terry and the back four... did they Brokeback each other? All Kah Nengs today. If not for A Cole's last ditch tackle... it would hv left Robinsons picking the ball inside the net.
The system doesn't look good to suit Rooney who prefers playing thru the middle. The midfield very very static. Joe Cole probing on the left but haven't scratch the surface yet.

Then why Hargraves ? Hargraves better than Carragher in that right back position ?
Maybe England would think that this match would be a more than 90 minutes game , keep Carragher for the extra time ?
I can't figure out any other reason for dropping Carragher . -
