I think the EPL rivalry would only be isolated to a Manu, Pool, arsenal and maybe spurs battle, provided that SAF has a good successor
Abramovich would get sick of playing CM in reality and stop funding the club until profits starts rolling in.. then players would be unhappy with wage cut and want to leave
then you'll be seeing new members coming out to support red jerseys while old chelski forumers would probably disappear -

5 years down the road , there will be more Roman Ab . in the EPL , meaning teams like Aston Villa could be a target for those RA's ... and it could be the end of maybe MU , Arsenal and Liverpool as well , and Chelski .
