Somehow i feel that Chelsea is running a buisness venture rather than a club passionate about football.

I don't think this is even a business venture. A business venture requires that money and profits be made after some time. Roman here is just throwing money at his team and players and I doubt he will get a return on his money.
I would say hes just trying to play championship manager 2004-2006 in real life
