And they sure like to do it quietly..hush hush..before rivals know it...Stamped and delievered...But i still believe arsenal need another top strike to partner henry next season..Have seen henry getting kinda frustrated with the supply. ( or rather lack of )

Arsenal have completed the signing of midfielder Tomas Rosicky from Borussia Dortmund.
The 25-year-old Czech Republic international has joined on a long-term contract for an undisclosed fee.
Rosicky said: 'I'm really happy to be here at Arsenal, it is a great day for me.'
Rosicky, who will join up with his new team-mates after competing in this summer's World Cup, continued: 'The team showed their strength recently in the Champions League and have big potential with a lot of young players - I think we can be even better next season.
'This is the best club in Europe and I will give everything.'
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger said: 'We are delighted to welcome Tomas to our squad.
'He has great technique, skill on the ball and sharp passing.
'Tomas has good experience at all levels for club and country, and we look forward to welcoming him to Arsenal after what will hopefully be a successful summer for him at the World Cup.'
Czech Republic coach Karel Bruckner yesterday revealed that Rosicky was allowed to leave the training camp in Austria to finalise the transfer, after passing a medical and agreeing terms.
Rosicky, who has made 31 appearances in the Champions League for Borussia Dortmund and Sparta Prague, had been expected to sign for Atletico Madrid.
He secured World Cup football for the Czechs this summer by scoring the winning goal in the decisive qualifying play-off second leg against Norway.
The player cost Dortmund £18million when he joined from Sparta Prague in 2001 - a Bundesliga record - but the fee for his switch to Highbury is believed to be around the £7million mark.

Sir Alex Ferguson has had another name added to his World Cup watch - Argentina's Esteban Cambiasso. The Inter Milan midfielder's name has emerged as part of a potential swap plus cash that would send Ruud van Nistelrooy to the San Siro. The Serie A club are understood to be keen on taking United's out-of-favour Dutch striker to Italy but haven't enough cash to afford a probable asking fee of around £12m. Inter owner Massimo Morati is reluctant to let Cambiasso go and was initially believed to have rejected the idea but if United insist that it is the only way a deal couild be brokered then the Italians may well relent.

Kalou set for Chelsea
Feyenoord striker Salomon Kalou is holding talks with Premiership champions Chelsea.
Kalou, who is the younger brother of Ivory Coast captain Bonaventure Kalou,arrived in England on Friday to wrap up the deal.
Earlier this week, Kalou told the Dutch weekly magazine Sportweek he did not expect to play in the Netherlands much longer as he wanted to move on with his career. He has said he prefers a transfer to England or Spain.

AC Milan are ready to move for Manchester United striker Ruud van Nistelrooy.
The Italian giants are lining up the unhappy Dutchman as a replacement for Chelsea-bound striker Andriy Shevchenko.
A Milan source told the News of the World: "Van Nistelrooy is the man we want. He is one of the few players in the world who could replace Sheva."
Van Nistelrooy looks certain to leave Old Trafford in a cut-price £8.4million move after a bitter bust-up with boss Sir Alex Ferguson.
The former PSV striker has been touted across Europe.
And AC Milan's city rivals Inter have already been offered the chance to sign the player.
But it is understood Van Nistelrooy would jump at the chance to join Milan five years after moving to United for £19m. -

United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has settled on Diarra as being the man to succeed former captain Roy Keane in the heart of United's midfield.
The Sunday Times says United have made a formal offer of £18 million for Diarra, who is thought to be available for around £25 million. -

Shevchenko sealed his £30million transfer to Chelsea on Tuesday night after flying into London to agree personal terms on the move from AC Milan.
I guess the transfer market is just like the real life market place... U pay the price u r willing to pay and the other party sells at the max price that u r willing to buy from... Its how much u r willing to get tocked for that player....
