  The average age of a good team should be 28. Having too many players above 30 is a liability. Wenger is honest enough to accept that.
  
  Still any good team must have a blend of young and experience. Too much of one kind is never good.
  
  The only thing i regret is that Bergkamp never won a UCL Champion's medal. Of all the players in the world, he deserved that.

  wenger is smart and he recognises good players.

  not really tat bad, he still havent dump bergkamp yet... overmars left cos of big money n joining a bigger club... petit was a package with overmars to get 25mil pounds... pires is leaving becos of club policy of 1yr extension of contract which he wans longer than that...
