Arsenal youngster Mark Randall confesses he may be forced to leave Emirates Stadium in order to secure first-team football.
The midfielder has yet to make an appearance in the Premier League and manager Arsene Wenger has only offered the opportunity to impress in the Carling Cup.
And Randall, 19, who was recently named the Gunners' reserve team captain, admits he could accept a loan move in order to progress as a player.
"I need to be looking to push on," he told Arsenal's official website.
"At the start of the season and during pre-season I thought I did well and I had a good run in the Carling Cup until we got knocked out.
"I thought I was going to go on loan but I think part of the boss didn't want me to go. That's the way it goes sometimes.
"I want to learn as much as possible playing in a first team, any first team as long as I'm playing.
"I don't want to go away and not play. It's good to have a bit of competition and have to fight for your position."
19 yrs old already so big headed... be realistic, arsenal where got anymore more space in their senior squad.. hes definitely asking for the impossible
