PSG Confirm Interest In Gallas

  Charles Villeneuve, president of Ligue 1 club Paris Saint Germain, has admitted that he would love to bring Arsenal defender William Gallas to the French capital.

  It was widely rumoured a week ago that PSG were considering making a bid fort the France international centre-back. The club is attempting to put together a squad capable of challenging the cast-iron grip thaty Lyon have exerted over ther French title fort the last seven seasons.

  They have already brought in experienced internationals Claude Makelele from Chelsea and Ludovic Giuly from Barcelona. Now Villeneuve would like to see Gallas join them.
