i think he will go liverpool if he goes... but that's assuming gerrard is still around at liverpool...

same old chelsea rumors.... esp with the uncertainty in ownership, finances, manager , etc...
highly unlikely gerrard wull leave and so hopefully barry will come over to liverpool...
though it also makes sense for him to go arsenal where he will probably be more of a first team player than at liverpool, where he's fighting for the midfield slot with alonso and mascherano...
